The response to my call regarding the elevator breakdown was very rapid and the CV of communication by email was excellent. These things happen so we don't blame the hotel one bit. Unlike previous guests on the second floor, we had no noise nuisance issues from the Lobby Bar below.

Located 15 minutes’ drive Golden Gate Park, this Castro District hotel is 4.2 km from Union Square. Free Wi-Fi is provided in all rooms. A city view and satellite TV are provided at Twin Peaks Hotel. Location was very good. Friendly manager (He let us store our luggage for a few hours after check out) Shared bathroom and toilet, but very clean.
