I was in DC with my Family for our Son grad. It Started with a bit of an issue. Afterwards I have seen a supremacy in customer service like never before that you would not see similar standards in nowadays hotel industry. The Hotel GM Mr. Dewayne Wright himself intervened to ensure my experience at Riggs Is unmatchable and he succeeded on this along with his Team. You would notice a niche service from the moment you drop your car until you leave. Mr. Wright and Riggs Team, You have given us an unforgettable time and definatly Riggs will be our always destination at DC. Thank you from all of us

Conrad Washington DC is situated in downtown Washington DC. The property is located 2 blocks from Washington Convention Center, Capital One Arena, and two main metro stops, Metro Center and Gallery... Everything. Excellent hotel with excellent service, we loved the room size. The staff are all amazing and helpful. Also the hotel is very well situated close to all points of interest and shopping

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, The Poppy Georgetown Guesthouse and Gardens is set in Washington, 700 metres from The Capitol. Cannot rate The Poppy higher. Amazing stay. Incredible hospitality. We got in at 6am, and basically had to sit in a park close by, but we took our chances and went back, just as a staff member was leaving. She was very happy to let us leave our bags, but did a quick check and saw our room hadnt been occupied the night before, so she let us in! An absolute living legend! Our room was stunning, we ended up staying another night. We LOVED our stay here. Highly highly recommend. Great location in a nice quiet part of Georgetown, but a short walk to M street.

Pretty much everything the staff are amazing very kind and they will answer all your questions. I highly recommend when ur in D.C. try staying there and they good thing you will have full access to the museum during your stay.

Set in Washington, 1.9 km from White House, 2500 Penn, a Placemakr Experience offers accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. The receptionist was very nice and showed us the parking location, although it was outdoor as there were no more indoor space. Outdoor parking was good enough and easy access to the hotel from the backyard. The room was clean, and looked exactly as the picture. We were a group of 6, and we got a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Location is perfect. 20 min walk to the Whitehouse.
