I am very glad that I chose this homestay as my first foothold in Ho Chi Minh. The owner is very helpful and provided a lot of tips for me, a tourist who is not familiar with Ho Chi Minh. Since I arrived late, I didn't have time to change the money, he even helped me advance the grab fare and lent me cash, so that I could go to the convenience store to buy food... And can you believe it, they actually installed an elevator in home! Since I was carrying a huge suitcase, this was a lot of convenience for me. Although the room is not big, it is well-equipped and even has a simple kitchen worktop, which is suitable for those who want to cook for themselves. The owner's wife and two sons are also very kind and lovely, and they are very willing to help me. I was very happy with the 3 days I spent in their house, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Bed was very comfortable, staff were friendly & helpful, hotel was clean. Location was ok, just a short Grab ride to the city. Breakfast was great with good selection of food & drinks. There was no street noise at night.

This hotel was stylish, comfortable and had an exceptional view of the city. We absolutely loved the rooftop bar and pool which was spectacular at night. The location was very convenient too. This was the best hotel out of the 5 we stayed in throughout our trip.

M Village Lý Chính Thắng se bucură de o locație excelentă în cartierul District 3 din Ho Și Min, la 18 minute de mers pe jos de Piața Tan Dinh, la 1,4 km de Muzeul rămășițelor de război și la 2,3 km... We thought the pictures looked a little AI generated - but honestly they were exactly as advertised! Awesome common area with nice coffee and cookies - very well designed and furnished. The rooms were huge, equipped with cooking utensils, induction cooker, microwave, electric kettle - you name it. Bathroom lighting was great! The bed was very comfy. We asked for an extra pillow and blanket and they delivered it to our room within 5 minutes. There's a filtered water dispenser on the ground floor dispensing boiling hot to ice cold water - a great feature that we were very grateful for. The location is superb. Sure, it's not in District 1 but I think that's to our liking. The area is definitely less touristy but the main street can get pretty busy with traffic. There are GREAT local food and cafe options right outside the hotel's grounds. Cafe 4Ps is such a vibey spot too, albeit rather expensive. And Pizza 4Ps! Pizza 4Ps has a "delivery outlet" located right next to Cafe 4Ps (you can't find it on google), serving a smaller menu. The selection was still pretty great though! We ordered pizza and pasta and it was delivered straight to our room - what a nice touch. Overall, would highly recommend this place to everyone. The staff were very accommodating and always smiling.
