Clarendon er lúxushótel sem er staðsett hátt uppi í hlíðum Lions Head og býður upp á útsýni yfir Atlantshafið. Absolutely phenomenal stay here! I'd be bold enough to say it has been our best hotel experience ever. Aside from our room being beautiful and massive, evening turn down and little details made it next level. The location is incredible, the view is incredible, the breakfast is incredible and the staff are wonderful, attentive & friendly. The Breakfast menu is extensive & the fruit plates & smoothies were always a good start to the day. The Hotel is close to the promenade which makes it a nice walk along the promenade to seafront restaurants, a short drive to the waterfront & close enough to Lions head for a hike from the hotel. The team here really made our stay more than just a few nights in a hotel! While you're by the pool be sure to try a Clarendon sling or an "oh my"! This hotel is worth every penny, definitely our new favourite when Visiting Cape Town!

With an amazing location and panoramic views of the ocean, Compass House Boutique Hotel - Adults Only is a luxurious boutique hotel offering the very best in style and comfort. Beautiful location. Amazing pool. Wonderful staff. Stayed here for two nights and we loved it. Really tasty breakfast, very relaxing and comfy pool area, and a great location to get around Cape Town easily.

The hotel looks like a castle, with so much art in it, manager told me they are the biggest private art collectors in Africa. Location is outstanding, interrupted views over the ocean and the amazing Cape Town’s sunset. Staff is wonderful, very helpful and attentive. I had a special request for candles and rose petals in the room on our arrival, and they made it so perfect and special. Wine cellar is so out of the ordinary, they impersonated a wine opener. Bar and restaurant are very good, and breakfast is exceptional! I asked for late check out and they gave it for free until 3pm, and I was very impressed that they even cleaned the room, as if I was going to stay one more night. Probably second best hotel I’ve ever been to (and I travel a lot, to many different countries). I will come back for sure!

Everything - the view was absolutely stunning to wake up to, the bed was comfy and there was loads of space. We had fresh muffins baked most days and whilst there aren’t facilities to cook or clean that was never an issue. You’ve still got a kettle, toaster etc. There’s secure parking and you feel totally safe. We had an incredible time and the host was so lovely!

The unit was upgraded recently and the it was modern at its best, the host was very helpful and accommodating, highly recommended. The view from the terrace by the pool was breathtaking. 10/10

Lance goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. He is always on standby and goes the extra mile should the need arise.
