This guesthouse is located in Fresnaye beneath the Lion’s Head Mountain and just 200 metres from Sea Point promenade. It offers modern accommodation in relaxing surroundings. The location is approx 7-8 minutes walk from beach and 7-8 minutes drive ( around 50 R with Uber. We appreciated cleaning , good breakfast and on site parking. There are nice common places including a balcony ( veranda ) , a library and small bar for guests use

Situated on the slopes of Signal Hill, the family-run Maartens Guesthouse is set in Fresnaye, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It features an outdoor pool and elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi. It was such homely, safe and clean property. The WiFi was good, the breakfast buffet was refreshing. Maarten the host was very accommodating and he helped me get acquainted with the city. I highly recommend!

Nestled in the picturesque, sea-facing suburb of Fresnaye, Maison Fontainbleau Guest House offers a tranquil oasis with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Signal Hill. Absolutely loved Maison Fontainebleau!! Denise is a wonderful host, great breakfast and advice on how to get around, especially in times of load shedding. The perfect place for a Cape Town stay!

The villa itself is beautiful, the location is perfect, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hostess Melanie is an exceptionally cool lady.

Ashby Manor Guest House is located in Cape Town. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a TV and satellite channels. There is also a coffee machine. The location was excellent! The warmth, kindness and professionalism I received from Liesel and the housekeeping team were beyond words, from the moment I arrived. They ALL went above and beyond for me, anytime, to make my stay so comfortable, and for whatever, whether I requested something or not. They were always joyful, smiling, laughing, treated me like I was family. (And honestly I had lost my Dad to cancer, in Seapoint, 4 days prior to arriving at Ashby Manor guest house, which they were not aware of, I didn’t share that), but the kindness and generosity they all unknowingly gave me, made it easy to get thru those 12 days, smiling & laughing, while staying at Ashby Manor. I’m in France now, and send the biggest Thank You for the wonderful stay at a gorgeous uniquely-styled accommodation, with stunningly designed rooms. I would recommend Ashby Manor guest house in beautiful Fresnaye with Stunning mountain & sea views to anyone visiting Cape Town! To enjoy being hosted by an amazing team :)
