The location is outside of Siem Reap but Puok is a lovely village and Meta will make sure to guide you around so you’ll have the best experience. He took me to the Crocodile farm and the silk farm and even helped me later on with transportation. The bungalows are simple but well equipped and it was lovely to sleep in the nature! Thank you Meta for everything! 😊

He took us to all the local events during the Khmer new year, gave us breakfast and dinner and took us to all the places worth visiting nearby (sky pool, crocodile farm, etc). He also drove us wherever and whenever we needed to go somewhere.

Their kindness, professionalism, and desire to resolve any problem is top notch. The room was spacious, modern, and quiet. The food was great, and complimentary tea with waffles is soothing after hours of sightseeing. There are two pools! This hotel helps their community by purchasing organic produce from local farmers and employing those in need. It's good to know our money goes to a good cause. Highly recommended.

Best service we ever had! As the name says, the hotel really cares about the people of the Community by supporting local "businesses" as farmers, laundry services, school education,... They made it like a little oasis with a swimming pool and gorgeous tropical gardens. We really needed the peace and quiet after we had just flown in from Hanoi. The staff were so very friendly. Tha on reception was a delight and he helped us with everything we needed. Also the restaurant actually was really special. We found the food of a great standard compared with some restaurants we tried in Siam reap. We would love to visit again
