Mainly quiet and very relaxing. Very well situated for all nearby attractions by road, with car or bus (and rail from nearby Exmouth). All staff friendly and helpful. Useful on site facilities. Able to experience sunrise coming up over the English Chanel.

Great communication from the owners from the beginning. Always happy to answer questions, and very quick replies. I stayed here with my partner and two kids. Was an absolutely splendid stay. Nice and quiet( even though I have kids, I tend to venture away from the family based stays, prefer calm!) The site is off the main road, fantastic views, but so so quiet! Was also able to park car outside the home. Easy to visit locally ie - Teignmouth, Paignton etc, buses and train Within walking distance. The home had everything we needed! Those extras you always seem to forget. Was nice and spacious, the beds were comfy. Coulnt have asked for a better stay, and what great value for money! Thank you to Warren retreat for making our family holiday so special.

We booked a budget room and had an unexpected upgrade to a suite with sea view on arrival. Beautiful gardens and we made use of the leisure facilities during our stay. Using the pool, jacuzzi, gym, stream room and snooker room Furnishings alittle tired and outdated but all clean and tidy and fit for use. Bed was comfy. Nice quiet room Had a fabulous breakfast and evening meal at the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful definately would use this hotel again.

Huge rooms, comfy beds, quiet (out of camping season, can’t comment on peak season peace). There is no WiFi but the 4G is quick. No TV but who needs it when away with friends. Lovely friendly staff. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.
