My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Milima Big 5 Safari Lodge in the Greater Kruger area in South Africa, and it was, without a doubt, one of the most remarkable experiences of our lives. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking beauty of the lodge and its surroundings. The lodge perfectly blends luxury and nature, offering an authentic yet comfortable safari experience. Accommodation: The rooms were beautifully appointed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Waking up to the sounds of nature and the sight of the stunning landscape right from our window was a daily delight. Staff: The staff at Milima Big 5 went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. They were attentive, friendly, and always available to assist with anything we needed. Food: The culinary experience was a highlight in itself. Each meal was a delightful adventure, with a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The quality and presentation of the food were exceptional, adding to the overall luxury of our stay. Wildlife Experience: The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the wildlife. Guided by our fantastic guide, Sydney, we embarked on thrilling game drives, witnessing an abundance of animals in their natural habitat. Sydney's knowledge and passion for wildlife enriched our experience, making each sighting more special. Milima Big 5 Safari Lodge is more than just a place to stay; it's a gateway to a magical and unforgettable safari adventure. We left with hearts full of joy and memories that will last a lifetime. We highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for an extraordinary safari experience in South Africa.

Wat een fantastische plek! Tussen de giraffen, zebra’s antilopen die ook geregeld een kijkje komen nemen op een paar met van de tent vandaan! Back to basic maar toch niet helemaal met zo’n fantastische tent waarin je niets ontbreekt! En het dompelbad was een zeer aangename toevoeging!

Van onze hele maand Zuid-Afrika was dit het beste, mooiste, aangenaamste verblijf. En dat omvat alle aspecten: ontvangst, inrichting lodges, natuur, de rust, onderhoud van het domein, restaurant maar bovenal: wat een fijne, warme mensen bij Bundox. Ook heel attent: lichtjes in de bomen hangen die we dan konden meenemen richting restaurant, handgeschreven briefjes bij aankomst, alsook voor onze huwelijksverjaardag (hoe wisten jullie dat!) en wat een (oprechte) aandacht voor onze kinderen die over-enthousiast kunnen zijn. Er is elke avond een zalig kampvuur. Het restaurant is super gezellig en het eten is overheerlijk (men past het menu ook aan voor bvb. vegetariërs). Er zijn mogelijkheden om safari's te plannen (we bevelen zeker de afternoon safari aan), andere activiteiten of een lunch bestellen om mee te nemen voor picknick ==> allemaal mogelijk. Wij raken alvast niet uitgesproken over deze lodge en het zit voor altijd in ons hart. Wanneer we terug naar Zuid-Afrika komen, komen we terug. Bedankt voor alles ! We could not have made a better choice of lodge. The lodge is small (max 10 people), the food is great, the staff is lovely, the surroundings are very peaceful and quiet and the safari’s were unforgettable. We spotted lions, a leopard, zebras, giraffes, elephants and much more. We were extremely surprised but the quality of the food and drinks and the lovely ambiance and attentiveness of the staff at the camp. 10/10 experience all-round.

What an amazing place, we had a fantastic stay here, Andy and Christine are such welcoming and friendly hosts. The room we stayed in was extremely comfy for myself and my teenager and finished to a high standard. There is a lovely communal lounge area with everything you could want, as well as a cooking area (a fire was lit ready for us in the evening) and lovely clean pool with sun loungers. We did a two hour quad bike safari in the afternoon which was without doubt the highlight of my teenagers whole holiday, such great fun and lots of animals to see around the property. The views of the Drakensberg were exceptional. It is an easy drive out from Hoedspruit and we went on to Kruger after leaving which was only just over an hour away. We will definitely go back again (the luxury tent accommodation with hot tub looks very tempting!) and would highly recommend visiting here.

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing time at Little Africa! Leandra is such a wonderful host - we were well taken care of the entire time. The lodge is stunning - it is a luxurious experience that still makes you feel connected to the beautiful land and animals in the reserve. The tented rooms were awesome! The shower was so cool - everything in the room was of great quality. We felt so cozy and relaxed. The food was so good - every meal felt like a cozy home cooked meal. They even set up a lovely table for us for dinner to celebrate our honeymoon. The drives were so so so awesome! Never and Mateo were our guides and we had so much fun with them. We saw EVERYTHING. They are so well educated on the bush - we learned so much from them about the animals, plants, and climate. It was such an amazing experience. I highly recommend Little Africa to everyone!

Excellent service from from Kristian and Jenni, they definitely went over and above to provide outstanding service, the food was beautiful and very tasty, the staff was very friendly and professional, always willing to help and the rooms were very neat. The bush walks, night fires camps and game drive were very fun and beautiful, it was a pleasure booking with them. In summary , it was a fun experience of a luxury camping. Definitely do it again
