The property was beautiful. It felt like you were camping in the middle of nowhere, but had all the amenities. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating, especially Roy. Roy was so nice he came on safari with us. He had a lot of knowledge about Yala and just Sri Lanka in general. He made the visit much more welcoming. Would love to stay here again!

First ask yourself what is the reason you want to be here - if you are here for the nature alone, Nilantha is the best person you can stay with and who you SHOULD take as a guide with you to the safari. He has a degree in biology , fluent English and knows so much about the local fauna and flora so a full day safari doesn’t get boring (which I can imagine can if you only take a driver with you). He is a true believer in ecotourism and is giving back to local communities. If you are here for a fancy dinner and facilities, go somewhere else. This is a simple stay in the jungle. And one more thing to add - your guide is not responsible for how many animals you’ll see BUT we were lucky and he for sure knows some spots where they MIGHT appear. And last but not least- Nilantha is a great and nice person we had a chance to meet :)

Situato a 15 minuti di auto dal Parco Nazionale di Yala, lo Yala Dream Park offre un giardino, un barbecue. 8 km da Tissa Wewa. Il WiFi è fruibile gratuitamente in tutte le aree. Everything was excellent, we were staying in the tree house and it was beautiful, highly recommended! We also booked the Yala Safari with them and it was really nice, we saw lots of animals and the guide was really kind and friendly. Overall, it was a fab experience :)

Always thinking ahead what would you need ... The food was great - we had 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners - all was tasty :-) The walk in the bush was very nice The rooms are comfortable and located in the middle of the wild bushes and trees - this is very unique - each room/tent is isolated from the rest
