Before staying, you must know that dune camps involve a certain degree of rustic atmosphere (tents, bathroom stalls), so if you are looking for hotel luxury, then book a place for 10x the price (and it might be similar, anyway). The tent offers a barbecue, as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower. The tent features outdoor furniture. The unit offers 2 beds. We had a magical stay at Crescent Camp. The camp has a smaller amount of tents than others so is more peaceful and a more authentic experience. The tent and beds are clean and comfortable, there is tea, coffee and fruit available 24/7 in the main tent. Dinner and breakfast were lovely and had a variety of options to please everyone. Although some people have mentioned in their reviews that the meals and activities are overpriced, they are more affordable compared to other camps. There are balls and a volleyball net available for children to plan with. We enjoyed a wonderful dune bashing adventure which the whole family loved. It was magical waking at 4am for a bathroom trip and gazing up at the Milky Way above.

Guests will find a stovetop, kitchenware and an oven in the kitchen. The tent also has a barbecue. There are more camps with more facilities and better prices, but if you are looking for an excellent service and have the best experience in the desert, this is your place. Hamood is a really nice person and fully dedicated to his business, he makes the everything possible to make you feel good. The dinner and breakfast have an additional cost but it is a fair price. it was so delicious, in special the dinner, traditional home made omani food cooked by ahmood's wife. Additionally Hamood share the dinner with you and can have a nice local conversation. Hamood also does a small fire at night with tee with all the guest, it is a special moment before going to sleep. The tent is very comfortable, the shower has a good pressure.
