Ante and his family are truly lovely. This is such a beautiful experience, staying at this property. It is clean, comfortable, and located just outside of the busyness of Medjugorje. It’s close enough to get there in 5 minutes, but far enough to be away from the hubbub…. It’s a true oasis! Ante provides bikes for a lovely ride into town through grape vineyards and cottages. The best part (besides the host family) is the garden. It's magnificent! I loved sitting there with fellow travelers having some food, drinks and chats or even just to read a book by myself in the corner. Vlado welcomed me late at night with some food and drink and immediately introduced me to the other people staying. All of them returning there for like the 10th of 15th time! Had a great connection and was out every day with them. PS they also make their own wine and rakija that you should try!
