This place is simply great. Looks very new and modern, with an app to open the doors and cozy areas to sit between the rooms. Clean room with a comfy bed and everything you may need inside. There is a kitchen with dining area that can be used by the guests, with free coffee and cookies. The girl at reception was very kind, always greeting us with a smile. We definitely recommend it and will come back again!

Very pleasant room with a bed like a cloud and a super-hot satisfying shower. Close to everything! Charming elevator - very small, but could fit me with all our bags (husband had to take the stairs and meet me on the 3-d floor - the stairs are also charming). The room was quite spacious too with 2 (even 3) armchairs and a desk, and enough space on the floor to open and repack our luggage. Just 23 minutes and 22 euros away from the airport (we took an uber). Full autonomy with a magnetic key that opens all the doors (no need to ask the reception to buzz you in). Definitely recommended!

The stuff was great, everything was fantastic, especially the bed and how quiet the place was.We had some great sleeps there. First day we had an issue with the shower, the water was not going down the sewers but when we told them it was fixed very very fast. The location is perfect for everything. We were very happy with the hospitality in Madrid in general. And also coffee is very hard to find a good one in the shops, but in the reception they had a machine and iyou could have a very good coffee from there.

I find that place the most special to stay in Madrid! We highly recommend! Beautiful room with astonishing view from the terrace! Extremely clean everywhere! And the receptionist Alina is the most kind person I ever met! She is so helpful, always smiles and make us feel very happy and special ones! She is one of the reason this place to so lovely!!! The staff were really attentive. They clean the rooms everyday. They also change the towels everyday. The room was spacious. The bathroom has bathtub, bidet and hair dryer. They provide wáter heater for the free coffee, tea and milk. Coming on winter, we thought It would be very cold but the room was really warm. We didn't use the heater a lot. And the location is amazing. You could go anywhere in minutes. There was nothing else i could've asked for.

Very warm reception, very clean, great location in Malasaña with lots of restaurants around, amazing value, it was very easy to leave luggage after checkout, very easy to change booking dates. This was our second time staying here, perfect base for discovering Madrid.

The room was always clean, there is an airconditionner which is a real oasis with the heat in Madrid. It's super well located on one of the main streets. It's close to all sightseings, bars, restaurants, metro station and shops. Just. few steps from the grand Via street.
