This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. So affordable and the beds in the dorm feels super big. It’s quiet and a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were absolutely amazing and helped me get around, reserve dinner at restaurants and so on. Highly recommend! The Hakone free pass bus stops right outside. The onsen is also very nice. There’s also a 7/11 3 mins away which came in handy. Also the kitchen has so many supplies! So many different teas. Best place to relax after busy Tokyo

Other i give all 10 mark ! exceed my expectation. 1) Once step in u will see nice garden view ! its was amazing 2) Once open door , u will see a nice common spacious living room with nice decoration. 3) inside room was clean , bed comfort 4) MOST IMPORTANT is FREE ONSEN ! OMG , can u imagine giving RM6xx per night can get free ONSEN. impressive

I thought the hotel was fantastic for the price. The whole hotel is excellently designed, their "capsule" rooms are like a whole room not just a pod. I can stand inside of it and walk around, that's how much room you get. The location is great! It's only a 2minute walk to the Open Air Museum which is nice and 3-4minute walk to the nearest train stop. The lobby was fantastically designed as well with a fire pit in the middle so you can have family dinners with other guests and staff. They also have a bar that's opened until 10pm. Honestly, can't ask for much more at it's price. I was going to use the toilet and the toilet paper role was almost empty but even then, the staff still folded it in a triangle shape. Thats attention to detail! Checkout was smooth. You put keys on the front desk, put linen sheets in bin and leave.

This was my second stay at Hakone Tent and it's still amazing as it was 10 years ago! The atmosphere, the onsen, the bar & lounge area, the staff, everything is just perfect and I can highly recommend everyone to stay here!

I loved it! Friendliest people in the world and very nice Onsen. Good base for exploring the area. I liked the beef curry and the tea soba.
