The inside is very cosy and the furnishing was such a surprise ! The hosts were lovely and go out of their way to make the guests feel comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Sarah gave us a very warm welcome and a flask of fresh milk for our tea and coffee, she also had freshly baked chocolate brownies for us in our room. No evening meal so we went out to the Braemar lodge hotel and ate like kings. Had a great nights sleep and a fantastic breakfast with a view of the hills. This is a place we would come back to.

The property is non-smoking and is set 9.2 km from Newburgh on Ythan Golf Club. The host was amazing! He offered to drive us to Brewdog Factory, so that we did not have to worry about the logistics of public transport. We greatly appreciated the kindness. Everything else was boringly perfect (that's a good thing), nothing to complain. Food was good, place was clean, free parking on premises next to the room.
