Howarth House is chic and vibrant coastal location, we provided the ultimate setting for a luxury bed and breakfast experience, with stylish surroundings expressly designed to satisfy and delight... We booked this very last minute as we were visiting a friend in St Annes for new years eve. The location was perfect for this. Also perfect that it is dog friendly, it was also a very short walk to the huge beach for a dog walk. The B&B entrance was beautifully decorated for Christmas and was a very warm welcome, also by the staff. The breakfast/lounge area was also very comfy and beautiful. Breakfast itself was also very tasty and we liked that you could get two courses for example a fruit platter then a cooked breakfast. We had two single rooms as we booked last minute. Both were comfortable with a good bed and shower.

The hotel was very clean. Bed was soft as a cloud and really comfortable. Location just across the beach. So much attention to detail! Breakfast was fantastic! This really should be a 4 star not a 3 star hotel. I highly recommend staying here.
