Everything was superb and exceeded my expectations.

A beautiful quick stop over stay at Open Acres before an early morning flight. I wish we could have stayed longer, the setting was beautiful, the room was lovely and clean. My kids loved seeing the horses. Ben was welcoming and sorted transfer to the airport for the early hours. Would definitely return.

The structure is simple but comfortable, with everything you need. There are 2 kitchens, fully equipped: we had our breakfast peacefully, with all the food we liked. The room was large enough for the three of us, clean and with a little bathroom with shower. The guesthouse is not in the town centre, but nearby and we had a nice walk to go there.
