The house is up the hill from the harbour and it was a bit cold (snow everywhere) to walk to the hot pools on the shore so we took the car, but I would estimate a 10 min walk in summer.

All these made a very special and warm stay.

The Ring Road is a 30-minute drive away from Saudafell Guesthouse. one of the most beautiful places in Iceland we passed the night in. super equipped kitchen, nice breakfast, cozy room and wonderful furniture. we’ll come back for the summer for sure!
