The breakfast is excellent quality, and the staff are super friendly and helpful, no communication issues whatsoever. The fans in the room were more than efficient in the heat, and the room was large and airy. The common area in the cafe is well equipped with sockets and fans, and perfect for working or chilling out. Falling asleep to the sound of frogs in the nearby river was wonderful :)

I was very fortuitous to be recommended Heaven guest house by a friend. Wow, what a fantastic example of Lao hospitality and warmth. Tina makes the place feel like a home away from home. It's so obvious from the outset that genuine love and care have gone into the creation of this guest house. There are so many thoughtful aspects. The rooms are super clean, and the bed is so comfortable. The aircon unit is wisper quiet. Clean and fluffy towels are provided, along with two bottles of water and a toothbrush/toothpaste combo. The rooms are tastefully decorated, too. I was very lucky to have arrived when Tina was cooking for the evening as I got to try, along with other guests, her fantastic cooking. It was a great evening. Tina works tirelessly to ensure that guests are happy, which is simply awesome. In my humble opinion, there is no guest house that even comes close in the area, so what are you waiting for, book. You will be happy you did.
