Keo, her family and her staff are extremely friendly people, always there to help, recommend things to go and keeping the place very clean. There only a handful of rooms so the place never get crowded. We work online and wifi was great. The balcony is very pleasant in the morning and at night (or anytime of the day really). We also did our laundry, which was done the day itself (20k kip per kilo). I would highly recommend it for a quiet place (apart from the street dogs barking) and away from all the activities of the city center but still very near center (10-15min walk via bamboo bridge or boat)

Andy and other staff are very friendly and let me know the tips to enjoy the locals. That's why the atmosphere is awesome among guests. For me, eye mask or ear plugs are NOT needed even though the morning market(around 5am-11am) is in front of the property! And also air conditioner(made in Japan) is no needed too in the end of Nov. You're lucky. You should definitely stay if there's availability.

What a lovely stay! Having been in hostels for a few days I was ready for my privacy and some more room to spread out and this property exceeded all of my expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to ensure comfort and ease of accessing transportation. The room was very large, the bathroom as well. My only consideration is that it is a bit out of the way of the more popular areas, but a few extra steps never hurt. It was a great stay and I would recommend to anyone in the area.
