Location is excellent. Mrs Alba is an exceptional host, very welcoming, always available, prompt to any request. Very quiet and pleasant area, very secure (it has security entrance 24/7 to the complex of houses), breeze at night. The room is very cozy and have what it needed for our stay. Ridery (like an uber app) works perfectly on that location. Bakeries, supermarket and restaurants very close to the location.

It was placed at a very nice spot in the city within the best mall in Caracas. Despite it takes part of a Hotel facility, the room itself is handled by a third party owner, not the hotel itself, it was not a problem though. Even though you can tell the hotel hasn't gone under renovations for at least a decade considering some little details on the pieces of furniture or the safe that would not work, it is still in a general way very well maintained and very clean.
