The unit is beautiful, San Mateo is very charming, and there is a great bakery directly across the street. We had dinner twice as Tasco Baco — highly recommend. We stayed here the beginning of February and were not cold like others mentioned.

Good seafood restaurants and good local Spar shops with large supermarkets 5km drive away. Friendly host provided good communication. Stopped for 2 weeks and host arranged for towels, bed linen and villa cleaning after 1st week; which showed good attention to what is important.
