The owner is a good cook. I booked a very nice day long tour with the owner. I particulary enjoyed the opposite (to Kratie) side of the Mekong. We hired a boat there to bring us to the nearby small islands. But there are many other things to experience on this tour: Phnom Sambok, dolphin watching, relaxing with the locals at "Mekong rapids", water buffalos, brick and charcoal production,...

He offers a true homestay experience. Be sure to try his cooking! He managed to help me and invite me to his house when he was already overbooked. The owners are the most amazing people that go above and beyond to make sure you get the best experience possible. I highly recommend to do the local tour with the owner. You get to try local foods and see different locations, that you would never get into yourself like a mushroom farm, see the process of making rice noodles, try fresh pomelo and lots more. The locals also love to use their restaurant in the morning for their breakfast and the food is great. The owner also speaks great English and can help arrange tours and busses for travelling onwards. All round can't recommend any more highly
