Boasting a restaurant, Magdalena Beach House is set in the sidewalk in Los Cocos. and also provides a bar and a garden. Guests can enjoy ocean and garden views. Very nice and helpful people who work here. The hotel is surrounded by forest and located a 4-minute walk from the road and 10 minutes from the beach. There are shops and a restaurant along the road. Buses run to and from Tayrona National Park every 20 minutes. The ride also takes a few minutes. The room was clean and spacious with a view of the forest and ocean. An oasis of peace after busy Cartagena. Breakfasts (I chose Colombiano) were prepared immediately before each meal with fresh ingredients. A real treat. I highly recommend this place.

The Valley Tayrona hostel- A unique social jungle hostel features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and bar in El Zaino. The atmosphere in this place is amazing, really relaxed and chill staff and guests. The food and the drinks delicious and affordable! The pool clean and refreshing. Sleeping in a cabin basically outside was such a cool experience, felt safe and exciting, would recommend! Definitely the best hostel we have been out of all 10 during one month in Colombia.

Amazing property, people, vibes food etc. it was the best part of our stay in Colombia and we loved every second at this hotel! Don’t doubt in booking!

Ecolodge Playa Brava Teyumakke offers accommodation in Santa Marta. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. You can play table tennis at this hostel. The Ecolodge was amazing because it is secluded in the Tayrona park, you have to take a 3 hour hike from el calabazo entrance, which makes the experience absolutely unforgettable. The beach is private for the guests, the facilities were clean and nature friendly and the hosts were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

Posada Ecoturistica Palmares Del Rio is located in Guachaca, 41 km from Santa Marta and 38 km from Taganga. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free private parking is available on site. The family was very hospitable and the food was good. The river was beautiful and so was a nearby hike to a waterfall.

Set in Buritaca, La Ponderosa Reserve features a garden, restaurant, bar, and free WiFi. The hostel has a private beach area. A vegetarian breakfast is available every morning at the hostel. One of the best places I have ever stayed. Isolated paradise up in the mountains, definitely worth the 40 minutes Moto taxi. The fact it's a sustainable, zero waste, permaculture project makes your stay so much more meaningful. The communal meals have a great vibe and the food it's is absolutely incredible. Beautiful little river beach and so many adorable animals - dogs, cats, pigs, Barbara the goat. Good activities to do as well: tubing, permaculture tour, trip to indigenous village. Other guests were so lovely as the place attracts great people. I kept extending my stay and ended up there for ten days. 10/10 would recommend.

Located in El Zaino, 47 km from Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, Sierra Tayrona hostel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Calm and refreshing place to chill near the jungle, early in the morning you can even see some monkeys ! The hosts are so nice, and will help you with everything. The bed was comfy, the sound of the rivier and the nature to fall a sleep. The food from the host is really good, and cheap. The rivier down the hostel is really good for swimming or chilling on the rock. There are some waterfall to visit and Tayrona entrance (El Zaino) is really close
