The villas are in a secluded area surrounded by olive trees. They are located only a 4 minute walk from the beach. There are no car noises or music noises at any time, it’s such a peaceful place! It’s cool at night and you can enjoy the fresh air of your surroundings. There is a huge balcony on the second floor where you can eat or drink a glass a wine while enjoying the relaxing view.
I am a motorcycle enthusiast and I like to travel. I love the seaside. I grew up in a place by the sea and I am very connected to it. That is one of the reasons I chose to invest in the area where the villas are. It’s the perfect place to relax!!
Himara city is a small town that saved itself from being destructed by the development of big buildings, etc. The municipality did a good job of saving their city and enriching their culture. There is a lot of castles and churches since the ottoman and byzantine empire that still stand to this day. At night you can enjoy walks along the beach and you can eat really good seafood with reasonable prices. There are some nice beaches around as well. There is a beautiful sunset everyday, unless its raining :).
