Relax and unwind in this family-friendly beach home. Situated on a quiet street only 7 minutes stroll to the child friendly Red Rock Beach, and a 5 minute drive to Cowes town centre where you will find plenty of shops, entertainment, cafes and restaurants. This spacious three bedroom home is perfect for large groups and is equipped with everything you need. Sit in the sun on the veranda, curl up on the sofa in the TV room or entertain in front of the fire in the open plan living area.
I am a solo mum who has just purchased a holiday home in Phillip Island. It's always been my dream to have a home close to the beach so I can have adventures with my kids. (I'm so excited!) As we are not going to be there all the time, I thought I'd give others the opportunity to enjoy the beach and have fun times with family and friends. My kids often talk about our holidays, so I hope you enjoy your stay can talk about the time you spent near Red Rock beach on Phillip Island. Whether it's walking along the beach at sunset, having barbies, or sitting by the fire with a nightcap, I'm sure you'll have a blast. :) There is a self check in. However, myself or the local property manager will be on hand to help with anything you need during your stay.
Very quiet neighbourhood. More likely to hear some birds rather than neighbours. :) You can walk to the beach (7 mins) or into town (40 mins). A short drive to all the attractions on the Island. We have a driveway you can use which accommodates three cars.
