A cozy and modern, newly renovated apartment in the heart of Sofia, where our guests can enjoy a stylish design, very central location and our warm hospitality. The property is located only 250m away from Theatralna Metro station, Aleko Konstaninov tram 20 station is just outside the apartment. It is only 300m walk to Sofia's favorite Oborishte Park, three theatres. 15 min of a pleasant walk takes you to the Alexander Nevski Cathedral - Sofia's insignia. Strolling along the iconic Oborishte street, you can enrich your Sofia experience by visiting a myriad of small, artsy bakeries, restaurants and cafes. It is easy to find us! There are excellent connections to the airport (Metro) and central bus and railway stations (buses, Metro). We provide a shuttle service from/to airport, bus and railway stations.
We are a family of avid travellers. When we travel we prefer staying at private apartments, where we feel more at home. Based on our experience, we created this beautiful apartment to share with our guests. We know how important the small touches are and aim at providing them to guests, to make them feel at home.
Our guests will discover the advantages this location provide. Three theaters - Sofia Theatre, Small City Theatre Beyond the Channel, Modern Theatre; Park Oborishte; The Military Academy Park and Museum; Alexander Nevski Cathedral; hundreds of small bakeries, cafes and restaurants. They will have direct connections to Arena Armeets Hall and The National Palace of Culture where the biggest concerts take place.
