Over many years we stayed in hotels and apartments where the rooms were very basic. We wanted our house & gardens to be different. The Summer Haven is a two-story, luxury townhouse and was completely refurbished to a very high standard in 2022. Of course, in Cyprus its the outdoor life that great so we provided four fantastic outdoor areas, with plenty of seating to enjoy the amazing sunsets and stunning views over The Mediterranean and the surrounding mountains. We want your holiday to be as relaxing as possible from the moment you arrive. If you contact us before you travel we may be able to arrange the following: Airport pickup and drop off Food left in the fridge for your arrival (including wine or beer to enjoy on the patio) Car, bike or buggy hire Boat trips, water sports, jeep safaris Recommendations for trips, walks in nature, shops, restaurants and many things to do and places to visit Late checkout if your flight times are not great Luggage storage Remember the house includes many facilities including a washing machine, coffee machine, double oven, free WiFi, free air con, iron, towels, beach towels, hairdryer, Google Home, Smart TV and if travelling from the UK you wont need travel adaptors so why not pack less? With two separate bedrooms the house is suitable for families and additional beds and bedding can be provided to sleep upto six. We moved from the UK to Cyprus in December 2020 with the aim of offering a fantastic whole house where guests could immediately relax and make the most of their time in this beutiful area of Cyprus. We live very close to both The Summer House and Summer Haven and are able to ensure the properties are spotlessly clean. We can provide water, wine and food for your arrival and can offer advice on things to do in the area. We love being hosts and are committed to doing everything possible to make sure you have a fantastic holiday.
Located on the north-west part of Cyprus only one hour from Paphos International Airport, Polis Region is an area full of natural beauty, surrounded by magnificent mountains and the brightest, warm blue seas and amazing beaches. It is an area that offers peace and calm and has maintained its original Cypriot style. It is the ideal place for those seeking to just relax or enjoy an active holiday at the beach, the pool or at the many nature trails and traditional villages. The Summer Haven is ideally located between Polis and Latchi and is in easy walking distance of both. Polis Town Modern Polis is built on the ruins of two ancient cities, Marion and Arsinoe, dating back almost 3000 years. The town of Polis is very different to Paphos, with its beautiful, paved streets and unspoilt character, quaint sandstone buildings around a pedestrianised town centre with its restaurants, bars and souvenir shops, it is a delightful place to hang out on a summer evening. Latchi The small harbour of Latchi is located about three kilometres west from the town of Polis. From the Summer Haven a short 11-minute walk along the main coastal road or via the coastal path on the beach takes you to the first of many restaurants situated on the beach front.
