Rutland Heights is a modern, beautifully designed three bedroom property on a new luxury development in Torquay. Overlooking Torquay and located in a sought-after area near Daddyhole Plain; this beautiful three-bedroom property offers a fantastic setting for families and groups of up to four people. Inside, this modern neutrally decorated house benefits from a bright and airy atmosphere providing the perfect escape for you and your loved ones. Rutland Heights oozes stylish and comfort throughout; its modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you could possibly need, whilst the light and welcoming living/dining area has direct access to the outside space. The outside space looks out over Torquay itself with far reaching views and with seating, this is a great space to sit out and relax with the family. On the ground floor there is also a toilet. Upstairs to the first floor is where you find two of the three bedrooms, both containing double beds. It is worth noting that although this property has three bedrooms, the owner only permits up to four guests. The family bathroom with bath and shower is also located on this floor. Upstairs to the second floor is where the master bedroom is located, with en-suite shower room and boasting a fantastic balcony area to enjoy that early morning coffee before a day of exploring.
