Property information

F.A Apartments (the back building) is a very spacious first floor apartment that contains two en-suite bedrooms. It is nestled in the commercial area of Grand Anse. This apartment is fully equipped and furnished with private keypad entrance and balcony. It is perfect for 2 to 4 guests. In unit washer/dryer, a mounted wall lamp, a work station, A/C, cable, high speed WiFi and free parking are also included.

Neighbourhood information

Fortunately, we are located in an area that is neighboring Excel Plaza. This mall contains a gym, a café, pharmacy, fresh fruits & vegetables store, and many more. Le Marquis Mall, Spice Land Mall, Umbrellas, KFC, and 61West are all within walking distance away from our vicinity which is perfect for our guests! Public transport is inbound with our property which is super convenient to all of our guests. The most popular beach (Grand Anse Beach) is a few minutes walk away from our vicinity. Rentals and taxis 🚖 can be arranged via our on-site office or just send me a message. Prior arrangements can be made before checking in.
