A traditional style, three bedroom apartment situated in a residential area. Featuring a small rear veranda and a backyard with fruit trees and flowers. Located between the airport and Zante town, allowing easy access to explore the island. The apartment has a private parking space and also plenty of on street parking. The property features Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The apartment is on the ground floor of a two floor building, with steps up to the entrance. It has three air conditioned bedrooms, one with a king size bed (with a new mattress) and a cot, one with a small double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom features a walk in shower and houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, full size electric cooker, fridge freezer, kettle and microwave. The living room features air conditioning, a large sofa and a large television. The kitchen and one of the bedrooms open onto the veranda. Smoking is not allowed in the property, there is though, plenty of outside area (verandas and backyard) where it is allowed. We would like to inform you that tap water is NOT suitable to drink at any house on the island. People need to buy drinkin

The apartment is opposite a school in local neighbourhood. There is a mini market close by (5 minutes walking) and a little further there is a larger supermarket (15 minutes walking), petrol station and two restaurants. The location allows easy access to Zante town, Argassi, Kalamaki and Vasilikos. A car or moped are great for seeing the island. Public transport is limited on the island, there are buses but they can be very busy and stop early in the evening. Boat trips leave from the port in Zante town and it does help to pre book them. There are also ferries to the mainland. Walking to town takes approximately 12-15 minutes. There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk away.
