Wonderful newly renovated and fully renovated apartment. Everything is arranged conveniently, according to the designer's recommendations. The apartment is located on the first floor of the house, so there will be no problems with suitcases or bags. A room of 54 square meters will make you feel comfortable and spacious. Sleeping area, no street noise or car traffic. Nearby, 500m away, there is a hospital, even three shopping centers and LIDL. 50 meters from the apartment there is a huge quiet park with the river Šešupė, tennis courts. You can walk in the park just outside 50 meters from the residence. Complete privacy, so you won't meet the host, the door has a special code. Which you will receive when you book the apartments. We respect the privacy of our guests. We never go in and ask any unnecessary questions. We want our guests to feel at home.
The owner is a businessman from Marijampolė, who manages several companies, so he knows the intricacies of service very well and can offer the best service. We also tend to show guests around the city and its entertainment. We have our own fleet of motorcycles, which can be used in specially designated areas.
Friendly people live in the neighborhood who will help in case of need. The owner is always nearby, so he can arrive at the place in 10 minutes.
