Relax and sunbathe on our two exclusive rooftop terraces. After a fun-filled day, prepare a delicious meal in our fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Our beachfront complex offers 160 meters of shoreline, separate pools for kids and adults, a tennis court, full-service laundry, free parking, and 24/7 security. The penthouse includes two bedrooms on the second floor and a loft-style third bedroom on the third floor, ensuring ample space and privacy for everyone. PLEASE NOTE: -This is a non-smoking property -Visitors and unregistered guests are not PERMITTED -Our HOA requires you to provide all the guests' full names, copies of IDs, and ages to prepare your registration. -Guests under 18 must be accompanied by their parents/legal guardians. The use of the balcony and terraces is strictly for adults. -Parents must supervise their children at all times. DISCLAIMER: This property is located in a condominium complex where units are individually owned and managed by a Homeowners Association. Please be aware that occasional daytime noise from renovations or maintenance work may occur, which is beyond our control.
