You will enjoy a unique experience living in our A frame wooden house. It can be a great accommodation for a big group or a home away from home for a family get together. If you are looking for accommodation for a sports team, a school group or a business trip, we are cost effective and a smart choice , because there are... Up to 16 beds, can be set up as singles. Spacious lounges. Plenty of outdoor spaces. Infinity hot water supply. Fully equipped kitchen with cutlery and crockery. Free wifi, smart tv including Netflix. Adequate off-road parking. Close to Hamilton's sports stadiums and event places. If you need a family house for an important and memorable gathering, we are great for that as well. Because ... Five bedrooms feature different themes for various interests. Up to three double bedrooms available, including a baby cot. Beautiful gully view and surrounding native trees. Children friendly, there are kiddy books, LEGO, playhouse, trampoline, swings, bush tracks, etc. Close to the CBD, shopping centre, Hamilton Gardens, etc. There are 5 bedrooms, the layout is like this... room 1 Panda, a queen size bed, room 2 Kiwi, a super king bed or two singles, and a sofa bed. room 3 Cathedral, a super king bed or two singles, and a sofa bed. room 4 Ballet, two single beds, room 5 Harry Potter, a set of bunks and a pullout bed. Two spacious living areas with a day bed and two stackable beds. Flexible check in and check out time. Usually our check out time is 10 am and check in time is 3pm. However, guests are able to check in earlier and check out later than our schedule time when we confirm there is no back to back booking.
We are a Chinese and Kiwi combination family , have been living in China for a number of years and are now mostly living in Hamilton NZ. We are living in the same city so we prefer to meet our guests on their arrival and show them around the house, making sure they have no problems with their stay, but you will have your own space without any interruptions.
10 minutes drive to the CBD, 15 minutes walk to Chartwell shopping center, there are walking tracks and bush in the backyard down to the Waikato river.
