It is a small chalet for couples/small families, a swimming pool next to the bedroom, and the chalet is equipped with air conditioning and a heater for the swimming pool in winter. The place is in a neighborhood with Omani families, a quiet place surrounded by Omani farms and homes, close to Al Hoota Cave, Al Naseem Park, Jabal Shams, Jabal Hat, the health center, shops, and a fuel filling station. All of the above are within 10 kilometers. The road to reach the chalet is enjoyable. It passes through Omani neighborhoods with some old houses, farms, a valley, and then an unpaved road for a few minutes. The place is very safe. Important note: To preserve the privacy of the place and the neighbors, men without families are not allowed to stay. It is not allowed for more than one family to stay at the same time. ( FOR INFORMATION THIS PROPERTY YET TO RIGESTER IN MOT IN OMAN).
We find joy in it when we provide a sophisticated shelter that has all the things that a guest might search for away from the hassle of cities and enjoy, everything in one place. A swimming pool with waterfalls from the ceiling and from the wall, outdoor seating with lighting, and a kitchen equipped with everything.
The neighborhood is made up of Omani houses and farms. It is very quiet, and the residents are very conservative. You should not disturb anyone and do not play loud music (it is absolutely forbidden to hold parties with loud noises). The good thing about the chalet is that it is as if you are living in a good star hotel outside the hassle of the city, and all the chalet facilities are prepared for you without someone else sharing with you.
