Walking distance (4-6 minutes) from Kikita Beach, one of the most recognized surfing beaches in Dorado, Puerto Rico. Also near the Balneario of Dorado (5-8 minutes by car), one of the best beaches in the northern side of the island. Distrito T Mobile, Old San Juan and the airport (SJU) are 30 minutes or less from the property. Fiber optic internet 100 Mbps; all house with A/C; fully equipped kitchen; TV; water heater. The property have its own private parking with space for 4-5 cars.
