Cottage brokerage on the Swedish west coast. Kobbar & Skär is the small local cottage agency with great personal service. We are primarily a cottage agency that provides summer cottages on Orust & Tjörn, but many of our cottages can also be rented at other times of the year. For consultants & workers who need furnished accommodation for a shorter period. For friends and family for just a weekend or a long weekend. We want to function as a "memory workshop" where we get the houses and you who rent create the memories in them. Are you missing a house/cottage? Ask us, we get new items all the time.

Property information

Welcome to lovely Kavlanda Brygga, located between Orust and Bokenäs. Here, it really is "bathrobe distance" to both the sandy beach and jetty. With a fantastic location just 50 meters from the beach and a cottage that has everything, what more could you want? Imagine waking up early one morning, putting on your bathrobe and sneaking down to the sea and taking that morning swim before everyone else wakes up. Or why not run down late one evening and jump in from the jetty? Should it feel a bit chilly, there is a hot sauna to enjoy in the cabin. The cottage is suitable for a family or for two small families who want to enjoy the peace and quiet and who love to swim.

Neighbourhood information

The beach in Kavlanda is lovely with almost Mediterranean sand. The bottom is both rock and sand, so bring swimming shoes for sensitive feet. There is also a large jetty here. Kavlanda not only has a wonderful beach, there is also a nice walking area here. If you want to visit a fishing community, there are plenty here, visit Fiskebäckskil, Grundsund and Rågårdsvik, the wonderful archipelago resorts. In Lysekil you have the "sea house" lots of restaurants, cozy shops and the "Stångehuvud" Hafsten resort offers outdoor pools, playgrounds, beaches, restaurants and a high-altitude track, yes everything you could wish for if it gets too quiet at Kavlanda jetty.
