Huset är nyrenoverat 2017 och både kök och badrum är moderna. Huset är väldigt hemtrevligt med öppen planlösning, och vedeldad kamin centralt placerad i allrummet. Altanen löper runt nästan hela byggnaden, och ger möjlighet till både morgon och kvällssol. En av altandörrarna leder direkt till badtunnan som är placerad bakom huset, och avgränsad med staket för en mysig och privat atmosfär. Både diskmaskin och tvättmaskin finns installerat, och det finns två toaletter. En på vardera våningsplan, duschen är på bottenplan. Det finns fyra sovrum, varav tre har dubbelsäng, och ett rum är inrett speciellt för barn. Huset var det första boningshuset som fanns på anläggningen, och har tidigare varit privat bostad. Numer är det både tillbyggt och helrenoverat, och passar perfekt för familjesemester, eller om ni är ett sällskap av vänner som reser ihop.
