Vila Danmar offers 2 OPTIONS to book: 1. - UPPER FLOOR APARTMENT for 1 to 5 people with the owners living on 1st floor and entrance is shared. Here you will find 2 bedrooms, a family room with kitchenette equipped with microwave, single burner stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and dishes. There is a bathroom with shower and sink and another with a toilet and a full-size sink. A large terrace with mountain views is accessible from the family room. 2. - the WHOLE VILLA for up to 9 people, without the owners on site. There is no minimum number of guests for this option but at the time of booking you have to select reservation for 6-9 people so that the price is correct for this rental option. When renting the whole house guests will have access to the upper floor apartment described above and first floor also There is a master bedroom with a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and toilet. For this rental you have to choose 6 people or more when booking. Accommodation in Vila Danmar is suitable for families with children, groups of families and friends. The bedrooms have 2 single beds and the family room has a pullout sofa. Children age 4 or younger can sleep on an airbed in parent's room for free (1 per bedroom). Upon request there is also a laundry/mud room, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, utility tub and iron with ironing board. Upon check in we will collect a damage DEPOSIT of 50,- euro for 1 person plus 30,- euro for each additional person, 200,- euros when renting the whole house. It will be returned at check out if no damage occurred. The house is smoke and pet free. We have free WIFI and parking for 3 cars on site.
