Затишний світлий дім для відпочинку розташований в селі Синиця, у Богуславському районі Київської області. Відстань до міста Богуслав 16 км. Відстань до міста Київ 130 км. На території облаштовано власну парковку. Надається безкоштовний WI-FI. В будинку є дві спальні: одна- з повноцінним двомісним ліжком (180*200) друга - з двоповерховим ліжком (нижній ярус -140*200, верхній ярус - 90*200), також простора кухня-вітальня, обладнана холодильником, посудомийною машиною, електричною плитою, духовою шафою. Додаткове спальне місце біля каміну. Зручний диван, який трансформується в двоспальне місце. Є ванна кімната з душем, а також пральна машина. На території є бесідка, облаштована піччю та довгим дубовим столом, є місце для барбекю. Біля будинку є великий молодий сад. Відстань до річки Рось 200 метрів. Є можливість орендувати човен, а також сапи. Відстань до аеропорту Бориспіль 148 км. Гостям пропонують платний трансфер з/до аеропорту.
