The villa offers three separate rooms (one of which can only be booked for myself in a single room with a large bed). Since my house is not barrier-free, we cannot accommodate pregnant women (there are stairs for safety reasons) and children under two years old. There is no condition to accommodate guests with pets. Standard bathroom (shared), living room, kitchen. The kitchen is available from 8:30 am to 10 pm and cannot be used at other times. Please separate the garbage you use in the kitchen and put it in the trash can behind the driveway. You need to prepare cleaning supplies for the kitchen by yourself, including paper, detergent and cleaning tools. The kitchen can only cook simple food! Do not fry, stir-fry or stir-fry. You need to cook twice a day and pay in US dollars. Laundry fee and common area. Street parking is available at designated times.
Newly upgraded and renovated traditional American style residence, equipped with brand new furniture and room supplies. Beautiful environment, quiet and comfortable room. Only 5 minutes walk to Hofstra University in Long Island, New York. It is a good place for you to deeply experience American life. I have my own 7-seat legally operated commercial vehicle and have been engaged in tourism guide work in New York for many years. I can provide you with a full range of services for eating, drinking, playing, entertainment and shopping in New York and its surrounding areas. (I am an Uber driver and there is no immediate reply if there is a customer. I will reply immediately after the customer gets off the car) Looking forward to your visit!
