There's no room service unless you request it, but you can always get fresh towels or amenities from one of the "stations" on some floors. We didn't use valet parking, but used a parking house two blocks away, which was cheaper. There's a park behind the hotel with lots of cute squirrels. Less than 10 minutes walk from Beale Street and close to some neighbour hood bars and restaurants too. Easy access to the Main St streetcar too. Apartment is very clean and well equipped and easy to manage, all in all a great place to stay and explore Memphis.
