I showed the email of booking confirmation from Booking.com, later he found out there's an issue. I was already getting bit annoyed with the situation but Kris kindly has managed the situation under control, he rang the owner of Abbey Lodge opposite to the property, and got us a double room there.

The room was perfect and the breakfast was exceptional. Ideally located just a 10-15 minute walk from the tower, away from the crowds in a peaceful area.

Hosts Steve and Paul were friendly and welcoming and always checking to see if I was happy with my room etc. I even managed to book a 3rd night on my arrival, so glad I did! With onsite parking being a bonus, I knew my vehicle was safe during my stay. My room was clean and nicely decorated. Are room was so nice and cosy the bed was amazing one of the best beds I've slept on the breakfast was beautiful will be upset tomorrow not having one now lol. It had a full size fridge and freezer and plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen which was great with there being 10 of us.
