best description is Travellodge of the area. room is worn and attempted to be clean, and relative to other guatemalan standards probably “fine”. went into the room and had a cockroach run across the bed. bathroom shower curtain and bathroom had mold, etc. we didn’t eat at the hotel nor use pool. had only one night stay and we’re leaving in the AM and “coped” - if we had been staying longer would have beeen an issue

Great hotel, same owners as the Jungle Lodge in Tikal. The rooftop pool was awesome and so necessary in the incredible heat of the region.

Great location - it's an easy walk to the island with lots of shops and restaurants without having to pay much higher lodging prices on the island. The supermercado and mall are just across the street with lots of options. The front desk was very helpful in arranging local taxis when needed.

Good value in a location where lodging prices are higher | small but functional kitchen | one bathroom for entire hostel not ideal, but works out okay | good location in heart of Flores | lockers available | filtered water provided | kind and helpful staff | nice hostel vibe | nice common areas | fans provided at each bed for ventilation and cooling |

Beautiful lodge, very tranquil and lovely decor and space in both the rooms and common areas. The food was generally very good with one or two small exceptions. Freshly made and with care of presentation.
