The hotel was neat and clean. Staff was very polite and supportive, helped to arrange the taxis for us at reasonable price. Hotel is just 1.5 kms away from market and has Auto stand next to hotel, so no worries for transportation as well 😊.

Great place to stay! Rooms were Neat & Tidy with an excellent balcony. SHIVA is a Gem! He Took care of everything a Tourist Nedded. Home made Dinner & Breakfast were too good. Highly recommend!

Totally exceeded our expectations. The hotel gave us an upgraded room. Absolutely stunning and very comfortable and loved the view from the balcony. Luxurious feel to the hotel. Breakfast was amazing (rice, curry, fruit and bread). Staff was super friendly and attentive. Hotel is located on the main road with busses going to up and down to/from Munnar / Kochi every 15 min. Next town with restaurants and ATM is at a mere 10 minute walk. Nice place to spend some time in nature with a fresh breeze and no chaos.

Incredible location, being able to look out across the hills and even a waterfall from the terrace restaurant and the infinitely pool was awesome. Food was wonderful, huge range of local and international cuisine for all tastes and all cooked to order beautifully. staff were brilliant too, helping organise a jeep safari last minute to take us to see wild elephants, tiger cave and other local attractions.

They informed us about the do's and don'ts quickly and we were given rooms. There cafe area was huge and so was the common area. Lots of interesting guests from all over and some really good conversation happen here. WiFi speed was good considering the remote area but the staff interaction level was extremely good. Rooms were very clean and cosy and there were plenty of nice spots to relax around the property. Our host Bony made our stay - great communication from when we booked, always willing to pick us up and drop us to places in his jeep and took us on a great evening jeep safari. He is incredibly kind and we really enjoyed getting to know Bony as part of our stay. Breakfast was also delicious! Would definitely recommend!

The staff here is very helpful. Special mention to Anson who was very resourcefu, helpful and arranged us a lot of sightseeing, sunrise/sunset walks, jeep safari and kolukkumalai trips 😊

You see all kinds of birds, giant squirrels and monkeys. Food in the restaurant was very good and the staff was super helpful and friendly.
