Cleaning services can be arranged. 10/10 - great location (all in walking distance), exactly as showed on the pictures, very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. We even got a bottle of champagne to celebrate New Year’s Eve. Definitely would come again.

Featuring a bath or shower, private bathrooms also come with a hairdryer and towels. They stored my luggage (rush bag sent by airline to hotel) for dew days for free. Thank you. The nearest airport is Teniente Julio Gallardo, 50 km from the lodge, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. We booked 4 nights at the Riverline Lodge and felt at home from the first moment. The owners are very very nice people and even with the language barrier, they made us feel welcome. We visited the lodge with our 2 year old son and they all loved him and spoiled him with extra drinks and snacks. We had dinner at the lodge a few nights, which we highly recommend! Javier was going the extra mile for us, giving us some nice tips for hiking in Torres del Paine with our son (in a backpack) and even warmed our fireplace in the room.

There is also a kitchen in some of the units equipped with a fridge, an oven, and a microwave. Beautiful facility! Super cozy and comfy! The front staff seemed friendly enough, but because we didn't speak one another's language, we didn't interact a lot.
