You never know when you book someone's backyard guest house, but the engineering and design of this property was superb. Down a slope from the main house, which is not visible at all from the accommodation, with a huge wall of windows facing the river and the Wharfedale, looking across to Grassington. View off the porch when we arrived is included here. Location was great - easy walk to Grassington and easy access to plenty of public footpaths in the Dales. Hosts were friendly and gave us all the space we wanted. Good recommendations for food and activities and walks. Do yourself a favor and read the Grassington book when you first arrive. We walked the village and later wished I had looked at the book before striking out.

Set in Horton in Ribblesdale, 47 km from Lancaster, Ribblesdale Pods offers a garden and free WiFi. We had bookedribblesdale pod for our wedding anniversary. It was more than we expected . Very beautiful stay, frank was very helpful. The place was very lean and tidy. The main highlight was the hot tub it was just amazing .Wegot the beautiful snow too.Overall amazing place for couples. Morober there was lot of privacy. You are just in a different world!!!

It is one of the nicest places we have stayed, the staff couldn't have been any nicer, they were so welcoming! We had an 18 month old Labrador with us, she was made such a fuss off, very dog friendly. Food was lovely, it is such a cosy welcoming pub. The accommodation was lovely, nice little hamper left for breakfast and the bed was exceptionally comfortable and big! Great location for walking and visiting other towns near by.

With barbecue facilities and a garden, The Jonas Centre features accommodation with free WiFi. The lodge offers a children's playground. Guests can also relax in the shared lounge area. Modern, clean cabins, friendly staff. Been to stay 4 times now and already booked for next visit

Set in 16 acres on the banks of Pickering Beck, in a beautiful, peaceful location in North Yorkshire, this 18th century farmhouse offers attractive self catering accommodation. The photos didn’t do the justice it deserved, one of the best places we ever stayed at. The place is well looked after and a very cozy place. The communication with owners before the stay and during the stay was exceptional. 100% recommend!!!

We Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again. The beds are so comfortable, there is so much storage space for luggage and the ensuite is perfect.

The lodges have absolutely everything one could need and are fitted to a high standard.

The Shepherd's Hut nằm ở Sheriff Hutton, cách Ga tàu York 18 km, Công viên giải trí Flamingo Land 30 km và Rừng Dalby Forest 36 km. The Shepherds hut is situated in a beautiful village, but having it within castle ruins just makes any stay there magical. We found ourselves having a cuppa at any time of day just so we can sit and admire the castle grounds. Tasha, Pat and Oscar (their pooch) are wonderful hosts and are very welcoming, most notably Tasha makes an amazing lemon cake which we thought was a fantastic personal touch. Pat gave us a lovely tour around the grounds and allowed us to visit the sound room, which again was beautiful. We cannot express how amazing the location is, beautiful, magical, full of history and character and the sunshine is the icing on the cake. Thank you for a lovely time! Jonny and Fran
