It's the best lodging in central Nizwa if you are travelling by car. Fort and souq are 5 minutes by foot, parking is in front of the house and the apartment is brand new with stylish interior and huge tv. The owner was very attentive and helpful so definitely a very recommended place.

The owner was very friendly and spoke excellent English. He told us about the area and took us on a walk through the adjacent palm date farms. We stopped at his mother's house for cardamom coffee and dates and explained the irrigation and bath places on the way back to our lodging. Highly recommended!
