It was a pleasure to stay here, especially in the room with a balcony that has a view on the lake. The room was clean and tidy. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and a kids' club, along with free WiFi.... Everything was good. The place is very beautiful and clean. The staff are very positive and friendly. Would totally recommend it, a nice gateway at the mountain with fresh air and beautiful views.

Hotel Monarch is located in Elbasan. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a flat-screen tv, air conditioning and a minibar. We liked the good size of the room and it's modern but old style feel at the same time. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the city as well as a large space to spread out. We did like the upstairs bar and lounge area for morning coffee and relaxing.

The staff was excellent and all our requests were addressed immediately.The location was great, everything was within walking distance and we didn't need to use the car at all.The Rooms are new ,modern and very comfortable. Wifi was fast and allowed us to finish work whenever we needed to. Considering the location, what it offers and being peak season, the price was great compared to the other hotels in this area. A BIG SUGGESTION
