The staff is very kind, very professional, and I would especially single out Anja, Romano and Timo from the reception, Zoran from the Spa center and the younger guy from the restaurant ( during breakfast time). We are definitely coming again in January.

Picture-perfect wellness area. And last but not least, the hotel is located in the beautiful surroundings of Nationalpark Hohe Tauern, with various beautiful walking and cycling trails nearby. Next to the hotel is a ski lift and the nice city of Rauris is within walking distance.

everything in the center ne’er to the Arabic restaurant, they give us card so we used the bus 🚌 free by this card we went to the teleferik free by same card , breakfast place so traditional and lovely, there was a lady working there so nice and she give us advice regarding the activities in zell am see , really I wish stay more days there and I hope to go back soon again 😍❤️❤️ thank you 😊
