Well situated in the centre of Darwin, Capitanos offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. This 3-star hotel offers a garden. The hotel features family rooms. Me and my friend had a really good stay in Capitanos and would definitely stay again if we ever visit Darwin. It's easily accessible to the airport(only 10-15mins by car/taxi), restaurants, shops are few mins walking distance so is the beach. Rooms are spacious and clean and we also really enjoyed the swimming pool after hot day sightseeing. Leanne, the manager is friendly and answers all the questions you might have. Also we needed after hours check in which was not a problem at all. Capitanos is a great affordable accommodation and we definitely recommend it. Thank you.

Argus Hotel Darwin offers accommodation in Darwin. Each room at this hotel is air conditioned and is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The rooms have a private bathroom. A real pleasant surprise. One of the best hotels we stayed at on our visit to Australia. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, beds super comfy and quite big. The breakfast was basic but great and started at 5.30am so you could get food before any early morning coach trips. Fab coffee too. This would be my first choice to stay again if I was back in Darwin.

Desert Gardens Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms, some with a private balcony or views of Ayers Rock (Uluru). Guests can unwind in the outdoor pool, or at the restaurant and bar. The hotel is very comfortable. There are good restaurants and a grocery store. It's a little village with most of the necessities you could want.

Located in the heart of Kakadu National Park, Cooinda Lodge Kakadu offers air-conditioned rooms with a private courtyard. Guests enjoy access to outdoor swimming pools and a restaurant. It has been very attractively laid out with mature tropical trees and well kept lawns and pathways. The accommodation units are nicely spaced for privacy and offer a range of choices. We stayed in an ensuite lodge which was very comfortable and had everything we needed including a sitting out area. Only it was too hot for us! The restaurant is excellent with a good selection of delicious food. The coffee is very good also. I enjoyed the effort which had been made to incorporate Aussie native fruit and products into specially created meals. Quite delicious and showed that the chef was both creative and innovative. The staff we met with were all incredibly polite and friendly. They looked as they though they enjoyed their job and were happy to be there. They couldn’t do enough for us. All in all, a really well run place to stay and definitely worth paying a visit for the feel good factor.

Excellent meals; breakfast had a variety of options, fresh and tasty. Compliments to the chef! Our dinner was delicious and beautifully presented. We could have been eating in a five star restaurant!

Located in Palmerston, 25 km from Museum & Art Gallery of the Northern Territory, Oasis Tourist Park provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared... This was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our Top End holiday.

Batchelor Butterfly Farm offers accommodation in Batchelor with access to a swimming pool, restaurant and a bar. Free WiFi is available in public areas. The weekend was planned for a trip with my grandson so I knew in advance it would be ideal
